About Vipassana Meditation

during a residential, ten-day course. To apply for a course and to understand
the requirements, please read the Code

Course finances
Courses are run solely on a donation basis. There are no charges for
the courses, not even to cover the cost of food and accommodation. All expenses

benefits of Vipassana, and wish to give others the same opportunity. Neither
the Teacher or the Assistant Teachers recieve remuneration; they and those
who organise the courses are volunteers.
